Don’t Call Out a Narcissist. God Commands You to Do THIS Instead

4. Protect Yourself Without Becoming Like Them

Protect yourself, but do not become like them. It is easy to hate a narcissist, to want to destroy them, to seek vengeance. But that is their energy, not yours. You are not here to become what hurt you. The Bible warns: “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good” (Romans 12:21). Islam teaches that the best way to deal with an oppressor is not to stoop to their level but to rise above it. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “The best among you are those who have the best manners and character” (Sahih Bukhari).

Hinduism echoes this sentiment; Dharma, the cosmic law of righteousness, must always be upheld, even when you are wronged. You must not lose yourself. Do not let the narcissist’s darkness taint your soul; do not let them poison your spirit. Walk away, heal, and become better, not bitter.

5. Trust That God Will Heal You

You may feel broken; you may feel like you have lost yourself. But no pain is permanent; no wound is beyond healing. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). “Verily, with hardship comes ease” (Quran 94:6). “One who sees inaction in action and action in inaction is intelligent among men” (Bhagavad Gita 4:18). Your suffering is not meaningless; it is a transformation, a purification. Once you break free, you will understand why it had to happen. When you stop engaging with evil, evil loses its grip.

The moment you align yourself with truth, wisdom, and divine justice, the narcissist will begin to unravel. Their own lies will consume them, and their own actions will expose them. You do not need to fight; they will destroy themselves.

Calling out a narcissist is a trap. It doesn’t change them; it doesn’t give you justice; it only drags you into their chaos. But when you step back, when you trust in divine justice, and when you walk away in silence, strength, and wisdom—that is when you win. Because God sees everything, and no one, not even the most cunning, manipulative narcissist, escapes His judgment.
