Kissing is similar to giving themselves their sentiments and deepest wishes. Furthermore, they are concerned that they would be diverted from their ultimate goal of dominating their victims by surrendering to temptation. Narcissists want to preserve not only control over themselves but also control over others and their environment. Narcissists will not even attempt to kiss if it means losing their advantage. Love is never their motivation. It is more likely to take control. Narcissists must always be in control, and losing that control drives them insane. So if kissing you or anyone else implies giving up control, they won’t go there.
