You are programmed to see yourself as a foolish person who intentionally lets others walk all over them. But what if I tell you none of that is true? You have the ability to uplift people

Your presence is soothing, calming, and brings safety. You know how to heal others. This does not mean you are a grandiose narcissist who believes they’re godlike; no, you just know how to share space with another soul who needs some presence and connection. Partly because you were raised by a narcissist and had to become a caretaker for them, you know exactly what to do to make another soul feel comfortable. This is who you are and what your soul is all about. Narcissists, on the other hand, bring nothing but chaos. They think only of themselves and cannot bring peace to anyone. They want to be seen as kind and altruistic, but it’s only a mask with no authenticity. They do it all for attention. You, however, do it because that’s who you are, with no secondary gain. You honor the space you share, and people feel the energetic shift which a narcissist cannot create. As a child, I thought I was crazy because I could feel other people’s pain in my physical body, especially with my mother, who is now a co-narcissist. I would feel pain in my arm or leg that my mother or someone else was experiencing and transfer it into my body. It sounds crazy, but this was my raw experience. Do you relate to this?
