Satan whispers, “Regret and remorse are for the weak—those who fail to seize life by the throat. You’re not one of them. Why feel regret? You’re perfect, you cannot make a mistake. Don’t waste your time feeling sorry.” This is how they avoid feeling guilt or remorse, focusing instead on their delusions of grandeur.
Narcissists fantasize about their potential but never achieve it. They don’t feel the need to apologize or reflect on their actions. Instead, they believe they are entitled to everything they desire, without accountability.
6. Embracing the Mask
Satan whispers, “Your charm is who you are. See how you can attract so much attention, be the life of the party, and bring people down? That’s your power.” A narcissist accepts their mask as the truth, believing that their deceitfulness makes them stronger. They distance themselves from their true self, creating a dissociation.
