They receive a promotion and a salary raise. When you try to hold them accountable, you are labeled as the jealous or crazy one, while they justify their actions as your obsession with them. They never acknowledge their abuse, theft, or laziness.

This also highlights a narcissist’s paranoia—they are always thinking about how others might attack them because that’s what they do to others. This paranoia is fueled by Satan’s dominion over their mind and soul.
3. Avoiding Responsibility
Satan whispers, “You cannot do anything wrong—it’s impossible because you’re the greatest, the best. You have a working moral compass, your conscience is more alive than the rest, and your intentions are pure. So don’t blame yourself.” This is how they wash their hands of responsibility and avoid accountability.
