Another hallmark of the female covert narcissist is that nothing you do is ever enough. Whether she’s your partner, mother, or friend, you’ll find it impossible to make her genuinely happy. It’s like she’s always dangling a carrot, making you feel like you’re almost good enough but never quite reaching that finish line. This manipulation keeps you from getting too comfortable, ensuring you always feel inadequate.
