Next in the hierarchy is a narcissist’s phone and the washroom. A narcissist’s phone is like an extension of their body—it’s their third hand, an organ they can’t live without. Why? Because it gives them access to an unlimited supply. They take their phone with them everywhere, especially to their favorite place—the washroom. They spend hours there, scrolling through social media, targeting others, and seeking as much attention as possible. They flirt, text, and maintain a facade of being single on dating profiles, trying to cheat. This is their addiction.
Money: The Narcissist’s Power Tool
The third level of the hierarchy is reserved for money. Narcissists love money more than anything else because it gives them power. With money, they can buy things, control people, and command attention. It fuels their sense of superiority. They use money to exploit others and may even control your life by withholding financial support if you’re dependent on them. The more money they have, the more they feel like kings or queens, governing your life and others’.
