Now I need to give you a serious caveat. This shift is not going to be a peaceful transition. We are currently entering a period of absolute mayhem. Just look around at what’s happening in the world. You have to understand the psychology of a cornered predator. When a narcissist realizes their tricks no longer work, they do not say, “Oh, I should go to therapy and become a better person,” or “I should back off.” No, they go into a global extinction burst. An extinction burst is a psychological term for the massive spike in behavior right before it stops. If a narcissist used to scream to get their way and it stops working, they do not stop screaming; they scream ten times louder. They will try to break the door down.
This is what we are seeing in the world right now. As the truth comes out, narcissists are creating massive human cries. They are manufacturing chaos; they are doubling down on the gaslighting, trying to set fire to the truth itself. Expect the next couple of years to be loud and ugly. They will use the victim card like a weapon of war. They will scream that they are the ones being canceled or abused just because people are setting boundaries or are unwilling to be invaded. They will definitely try to polarize families, workplaces, and entire communities. They want to create so much noise and mayhem that you become too exhausted to hold on to the truth. They are fighting for their lives because their lives are nothing but lies, and the truth is a death sentence.
This pushback is significant because it is their last stand. They are trying to force the world back into the silence that they used to thrive in. But you cannot unring a bell. The truth is out, and no amount of narcissistic rage can put it back in the bottle. The genie is out. Looking ahead at the next 24 months, we are going to see what I call “the great filter.” This is where the paths of the narcissist and the empath diverge completely.
