I Went No Contact With a Narcissist for 6 Months -Here’s What Actually Happened

If I had to sum it up:
Going no contact didn’t change the narcissist. They’re probably still the same, still lying, still manipulating, still cycling through people.
But it changed me. It made me stronger, wiser, more self-aware. It taught me what real peace feels like.

And most importantly — it reminded me that I don’t need to be anyone’s emotional punching bag, therapist, fixer, or project.
I am enough on my own. I deserve respect, kindness, honesty — things a narcissist will never be able to give.

If You’re Thinking About No Contact… Here’s My Honest Take

👉 You will doubt yourself.
👉 You will want to break no contact.
👉 You will feel lonely, sad, angry, confused.
👉 But if you push through… you will find peace like you’ve never known before.
👉 You will fall back in love with life, and more importantly, with yourself.

No contact is hard — brutally hard at first — but I promise it’s worth it. Six months can literally change your life.

If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign:
Block. Delete. Move forward.

Your future self will be so damn proud of you.

If you’ve ever been through no contact, I’d genuinely love to hear your experience in the comments. What surprised you? What was the hardest part? What helped you stay strong?
