But now that you are gone, their body is experiencing severe consequences they do not want you to know about, which is what we are going to discuss in today’s article.
Most people do not understand the true nature of what happens when you remove yourself from a narcissist’s life. They see the surface-level reactions: the rage, the hoovering attempts, the smear campaigns, and the revenge campaigns, but they miss the deeper spiritual collapse that occurs beneath all that chaos. What I’m about to share with you goes beyond the obvious behavioral responses. We are talking about something much more profound and permanent.
When I say “body,” I’m not just referring to the physical vessel. I’m talking about their entire spiritual body, their energetic system, and their life force itself. The narcissist’s relationship with you was not just emotional or psychological dependency; it was existential dependency. You were not just a source of supply; you were their primary source of life force energy. Think about how their entire world revolved around you. Even when they made it seem like the opposite was true, their whole identity was constructed around you. From the way they mirrored your choices to how they treated you, from their reactions to your emotions to their responses to your presence, everything was centered on you. You were the sun in their solar system, and they were the planet that could not survive without your gravitational pull.
