That’s why, in today’s article, we are going to address them one by one.

A small disclaimer before we get started: just because you see someone displaying these behaviors does not automatically mean they are a narcissist. These behaviors don’t mean anything in isolation—context matters. Weird Behaviors of a Narcissist #1: Loud Yawning
Weird behavior number one is loud yawning. Narcissists may take in all the oxygen as if they have some kind of air hunger they can’t satisfy. This isn’t just a bad habit; it’s an intentional behavioral pattern. Why? They want you to keep walking on eggshells, to stay in a state of absolute confusion. If you break free, you’ll recognize them for who they are. They love the thrill of startling you with their loud yawns because they know it will trigger your stress response, making you anxious. This gives them a sense of absolute power over you. By yawning loudly around you, they know you won’t be able to rest, leading to a confrontation that will fuel them.
