Understanding Spiritual Attacks
Before we get started with the first sign, here is a simple definition of a spiritual attack. In the context of narcissistic abuse, a spiritual attack is a deliberate attempt by a narcissist to destroy your inner peace. They launch a psychic attack to destabilize your sense of self and weaken your connection with the Source, which you may call God, the universe, or your higher self.
Now, you may ask, how are they able to impact you energetically? Do they have some kind of supernatural powers that we don’t? Of course not. You need to understand that we are energetic beings, and narcissists are filled with dense, evil, heavy, negative energy. We impact each other not only on a physical or psychological level but also on an energetic and spiritual level.
Here is one example: Have you ever noticed when someone you haven’t thought about for a long time suddenly crosses your mind, and the next minute you get a call from them? I’ve experienced that many times, and so have others. This is just one simple example of the spiritual connection I’m talking about.
