Number Two: They May Slowly Poison You to Weaken or Harm You
This one will shock you to your core. Some narcissists might resort to slow poisoning to harm or incapacitate you without leaving evidence. This malevolence goes beyond ordinary abuse; it’s deliberate and devastating. They might start with seemingly insignificant additions to your meals or drinks, and over time, the effects accumulate. You feel drained, constantly tired, as if battling an invisible enemy. The narcissist, all the while, might play the “concerned” partner, pretending to care. You may attribute these symptoms to stress or aging, but the truth is chilling—they’ve orchestrated it all along.
Number Three: They May Drug You to Frame and Isolate You
A narcissist might drug you not only to cause disorientation but to frame you as unstable. This tactic destroys your credibility, making you seem like the one with a problem while they maintain the facade of the “concerned” partner. Small, undetectable doses may be slipped into your food or drink, causing you to appear irrational or emotionally unpredictable. This could lead to moments of confusion or aggression, especially in social situations, where they subtly express “concern” to others about your behavior, planting seeds of doubt about your stability. They may then suggest to friends, family, or authorities that you have a substance problem, isolating you from support networks and even threatening your custody rights if children are involved.
Number Four: They May Use Substances to Turn You Into a Silent “Zombie”
In extreme cases, a narcissist may manipulate you by making you overly dependent on them through drugs that induce sluggishness. You’re left in a state where you can’t make decisions, giving them control over your every move. They’ll encourage you to relinquish your finances, independence, and even your aspirations, all while taking away your autonomy and reshaping your life to suit their desires.
