The most dangerous time in any narcissistic relationship is when you leave them. It’s when you step out of that house, forge your own path, and cut ties with them without telling them. That’s when they go crazy. They may rage. It doesn’t matter what type of narcissist you’re dealing with—overt or covert—they lose control. And that’s when they make deadly moves to bring you down.
These deadly moves have nothing to do with trying to lure you back into their life, running smear campaigns against you, or attempting to punish you through the court system. Those things happen later. I’m talking about the immediate, destructive actions they take to try and destroy you. Let’s discuss this further in today’s episode.
